HighFyLead provides a lead generation tool that allows users to extract publicly available business information from third-party platforms such as Google Maps and Facebook Ads. The data provided includes business names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, and review data.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of HighFyLead, you agree that you will use the data obtained through our platform in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including but not limited to privacy laws, anti-spam laws, and telemarketing regulations (e.g., Do Not Call registries).

• You will not use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service.
• You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments for credits and subscriptions are processed securely through our payment provider, Razorpay. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate availability of search credits, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase is successfully processed and credits are added to your account, except in cases where a technical error on our platform prevented you from using the purchased credits entirely.

5. Intellectual Property

The HighFyLead platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, are owned by HighFyLead (Muhd Afnan) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HighFyLead, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date leads, HighFyLead aggregates data from public sources and third-party APIs. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data provided through the platform. Users should verify contact details before initiating any outreach campaigns.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
